Quick means triage — not fake same-day resoles
We will diagnose fast. We will not call a full resole “ready tonight” if the cement needs overnight clamp time to hold through summer. Speed without chemistry is how soles return in three days.
About
Kassa Quick grew from a simple frustration: good uppers dying young on Gharbia roads while “repairs” peeled off in a week. We built a ledger-style workshop that quotes honestly and clamps long enough for the bond to mean something.

Origin
Brochure soles assume clean sidewalks and mild weather. El Santa offers dust, sudden wet, scooter cambers, and long market days. The failure points repeat: outer-edge thinning, collapsed heels, open toe seams, sneaker cages lifting after heat cycles.
We started stocking denser rubber, waxed threads that tolerate humidity, and contact cements that can sit in a warm workshop without turning unreliable. Fancy catalogs came second to what survived Friday crowds.
That sentence is the brand. Replacing is cheaper than a failed stitch theatre. Customers who want flattery go elsewhere. Customers who want another year of wear stay on the ticket list.

Who walks in
Daily leather. School shoes that must last the term. Work boots with one good upper left. Dress pairs that need to look sharp by a fixed date. Sneakers people refuse to landfill because the upper is still honest.
We also see “miracle” requests — shoes glued three times elsewhere, midsoles powdered, heels nailed into crumbling lifts. Those get a straight diagnosis and, often, a recommendation to stop spending.
