Customer-supplied parts
Bring your preferred sole brand if you like. We will say if it bonds poorly, flexes wrong for the last, or is too soft for your outer-edge wear pattern. Bad materials still make bad repairs — even in skilled hands.
Why climate matters
Adhesives that behave in cool warehouses can go unreliable in a hot Delta workshop. Rubber that feels premium but compresses flat in a week is not premium here. We buy for the street outside our door.
