FAQ

Straight answers from the bench

If your question is missing, call or email — we answer in English and Arabic without a script.

How long does a typical repair take?

Heel tips can be same-day when the queue is light. Full resoles usually need 2–5 working days for proper cure time. Rush work is possible only when adhesives and clamp space allow it — we will say no if chemistry cannot keep the promise.

Do you repair every brand?

Most leather shoes, boots, and many sneakers. Some cemented fashion shoes have no structure left to hold a new sole. We show you why on the counter and decline if needed.

Can I wait while you work?

For small stitch jobs and tip swaps, often yes. For resoles, leave the pair. Waiting through a full press cycle is rarely worth your afternoon.

What if I am unhappy with the finish?

Tell us within two days of pickup. We adjust stitch bite, edge color, and pad placement at no charge when the issue is our workmanship.

Do you sell new shoes?

No. We repair. If a pair is beyond saving, we say so instead of charging for a short-lived fix.

How do I pay?

Cash is standard at the bench. Ask about other options when you book. Quotes are confirmed before work starts.

Can I send photos first?

Yes — email [email protected] with clear shots of the damage, both shoes if possible, and your timeline. We will say whether a visit is worth the drive.

What about orthotics?

Bring them. We check volume after sole work so inserts still seat. We do not prescribe medical devices; we make space where the chassis allows.

Do you work on Friday?

By appointment. Message or call ahead — do not assume walk-in capacity.

Still unsure?

Book a diagnosis. Looking costs nothing. Work starts only after you approve the ticket.
