Intake & tag
We tag the pair, note brand wear, check moisture or mold, and empty grit from the footbed. You stay for diagnosis when you can — it is faster than phone tag later.
Quote on the counter
Verbal range first. Written note for larger jobs. Scope lists materials and risks. You approve before adhesives or blades touch the shoe.
Disassemble only as far as needed
We do not destroy healthy structure for theatre. Bottoms come off when bottoms must. Seams open only where restitch requires access.
Rebuild
Fresh bond faces. Thread tension matched to original holes. Tips set true. Patches skived to sit flat. This is the quiet part of the work.
Cure under pressure
Press time is not optional. Rushing cement is how soles peel on the third day. Summer in Gharbia makes this rule non-negotiable.
Finish & handoff
Edges cleaned, color blended, laces reset. Try-on at the bench. Minor stitch-bite or pad tweaks free within two days if something feels off.
What you should bring
- Both shoes — wear is asymmetrical
- Any orthotics that must fit after repair
- A date that actually matters (wedding, interview)
- Photos if you are booking before the drive
What we send back
Wearable shoes, a short care note when relevant, and a clear line on what was done. Complex jobs can include photos if you asked at intake.
